By using the website, customers agree to use it in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions. The website www.kapitalac.com is owned by the company BAR d.o.o. During the use of the website, the rules and terms of use stated here, as well as all applicable laws, apply.
According to the Consumer Protection Act, minors or persons completely incapable of doing business cannot make remote purchases. Only their legal representatives can do so.
BAR d.o.o. reserves the right to change the appearance and content of the website, as well as the General Terms and Conditions, without prior notice. The customer is obliged to check the current Terms and Conditions during each visit to the website.
Product information
BAR d.o.o. makes maximum efforts to keep the information on the web store pages up-to-date and accurate. We cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy of all displayed information about products and services. In exceptional cases, discrepancies between actual data and the data available on the website are possible. In every such case, we commit to revising the order and contacting the customer to agree on alternatives. Product photos are illustrative in nature and may not fully correspond to the products ordered in every detail.
Prices
All prices on the website are expressed in euros (EUR). The displayed prices are retail prices (the final price that the customer pays for the product including VAT) and apply to all forms of payment. Wholesale customers (customers registered for resale) are shown wholesale prices (discounted prices without VAT) which also apply to all forms of payment. The prices displayed on the website do not include delivery costs. The stated prices are valid only for online store purchases and may differ from prices in the retail store.
BAR d.o.o. reserves the right to independently change product prices in the online store and retail store. In the case of promotional sales, the conditions will be described in detail (discount amount, duration of the promotional sale, etc.). Despite exceptional efforts to ensure the most up-to-date and accurate information, there is still a possibility of occasional discrepancies. In the case of incorrectly displayed prices on the website, which may be the result of technical problems or illegal actions by unauthorized persons, BAR d.o.o. reserves the right to change prices and cancel all orders containing such products with incorrectly displayed prices, with mandatory customer notification.

Statement on Conversion
All payments will be made in euros. If you use a credit card issued by a foreign issuer for payment, the price expressed in euros will be converted into the local currency in which the foreign issuer issues the bill for the charges applied to the credit card. This conversion will be carried out using the exchange rate agreed upon between the foreign issuer and the credit card user, and therefore there may be a discrepancy between the amount charged to your card and the original price listed on our website.Card Payment Security

Products will be packed in a way that prevents damage during regular handling in transport, and the customer is obliged to check for any damage upon receipt and immediately report it to the delivery worker who delivered the goods, or refuse to accept the package if there are visible external damages.
BAR d.o.o. reserves the right not to deliver the ordered product in case of out-of-stock items, factory defects, or technical errors. In such cases, we will notify the customer and offer an alternative product from our range.
Complaints, Returns, and Unilateral Termination of the Contract
In the case of incorrectly delivered or faulty products, the customer has the right to a replacement or refund, provided they report the defect as soon as possible (maximum 48 hours) via phone at 031-654-057 or email at [email protected].
In the event of a product malfunction within the warranty period or for any reason of dissatisfaction with the product, the customer may, in accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, submit a written complaint via email at [email protected], send it by mail to our address, or hand it in at the store at Vijenac 107. brigade HV br. 1, 31550 Valpovo. We will respond to the written complaint within the legal period of 15 days from the receipt of the complaint.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the customer has the option to unilaterally terminate the contract without stating reasons within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product by using the Standard Information Form for Unilateral Termination of the Contract or through any other unambiguous statement expressing their will to terminate the contract on a durable medium.

In the event of a dispute between the consumer and the trader, a complaint can be submitted to the Court of Honour of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, the Court of Honour of the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts, a proposal for mediation to the Mediation Centre, or to the European Commission via the online rješavanje sporova. The trader and consumer will attempt to resolve any disputes amicably and peacefully, otherwise the Court in Osijek will have jurisdiction.
