MBNet MaestroPlus allows installment payments with debit Maestro cards and Erste Bank debit Visa cards. The MBNet group includes the following banks:

Note: All banks automatically activate the MB Plus service when issuing a debit card, except Erste Bank, where the user must visit a branch to activate the service. The minimum transaction is 30,00€

When selecting card payment, the system will redirect you to the Monri payment gateway. Monri Payment Gateway is certified according to the PCI DSS Level 1 security standard prescribed by Visa and Mastercard rules. The confidentiality of your data is protected and ensured by using the latest version of TLS encryption. Online payment pages are secured by using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is a method of encrypting data to prevent unauthorized access during transmission. After successful authorization, the customer receives a confirmation via email that the authorization has been successfully completed.

Limits for online card payments:

Limit per transaction - €1,330.00
Limit per transaction within 24 hours - €3,350.00
To increase the limit, you must obtain bank authorization
Possible payments with one card within 24 hours - a maximum of 2 times

Payment using the PayPal service.

2. Payment by Proforma Invoice

Upon receiving your order, we will send a confirmation email with all the necessary payment details. Once the payment is received, we will process and ship your order according to the conditions specified in the 'Delivery' section.

Tax Refund

We offer tax refunds to our esteemed customers from abroad (countries outside the EU) who pick up their goods in Croatia for all orders over €100. The tax refund is available to customers who order through our online store, by phone, or email, as well as to customers who visit our retail store.

To request a VAT refund form, please do so at the time of ordering or purchasing. The purchased goods must be transported to a location outside the European Union within 3 months from the date indicated on the invoice and must not be used in EU countries. The VAT refund must be requested within 6 months after the invoice is issued by providing the original certified VAT-P Form and the original invoice. The refund can be requested in person at our retail store or by mailing the account number where the refund should be made, along with the original certified VAT-P Form and the original invoice, to our address.

For foreign customers who collect goods outside the EU for orders over 50,00€, the customer is charged the net value of the products / price excluding VAT. The customer should pay VAT in their own country upon import. Some countries may also charge customs duties.

BAR d.o.o. is not familiar with the customs and tax regulations of the countries where the goods are being imported.

Immediately after payment authorization on the Monri platform, the payment is visible in the system, and the order can be processed, packed, and shipped according to the procedures and rules outlined in the 'Delivery' section.

Which cards allow installment payments?

Installment payments up to 24 installments are possible with Visa, Maestro, and Mastercard cards from Zagrebačka banka and Privredna banka Zagreb, as well as Diners cards from Erste bank. Installment payments up to 12 installments are available for OTP bank Visa and Mastercard cardholders, as well as Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro cards issued by MBNet member banks that offer the MBPlus installment payment service to their customers.
