With the privacy policy of BAR d.o.o. from Valpovo, Vijenac 107 brigade HV no.1, the privacy of its clients is protected, and care for their personal data is shown in accordance with the General EU Data Protection Regulation 2016/679/EU (Regulation) and the Act on the Implementation of the General EU Data Protection Regulation NN-42/2018. With this privacy policy, BAR d.o.o. commits to processing personal data exclusively in accordance with the principles of the Regulation.
Personal Data
According to the Regulation, personal data refers to any information relating to an individual whose identity is established or can be established ("data subject"), and an individual or data subject, as referred to by the Regulation, whose identity can be established, is a person who can be identified directly or indirectly.
Processing
According to the Regulation, processing is any operation or set of operations performed on personal data or sets of personal data, whether by automated or non-automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.
Data Collection
BAR d.o.o. collects only the personal data that the customer enters independently, which are necessary to fulfill our obligations. Data is collected through registration for using the web store and through available web forms for receiving notifications (newsletters) or contacting BAR d.o.o. employees. Data collection is necessary for providing web shop services, payment, and delivery of purchased goods and services.
Information collected when creating a user account on the BAR d.o.o. website is used in the following ways:
- We use your name, surname, and email address to identify you and to allow you to access the online store again.
- We use your name, surname, email address, phone number, postal code, city, and address to process and track your order, including delivering products to the specified address.
- We use your name, surname, email address, and phone number to contact you in case of an incomplete purchase, to send notifications about the availability of the product you want to buy, and to manage any issues related to the purchase.
- We need your date of birth to comply with the legal age requirements for user registration (more on legal age requirements under "Storage and Protection").
- For a better user experience and easier use of our online store, all collected data will be stored for one year from your last use of your user account. After this period, your user account will be automatically deleted.

Purpose and Access
Personal data is used exclusively for the previously mentioned purposes and will be accessible to BAR d.o.o. employees and external processors during processing. External processors are reputable organizations from the EU that BAR d.o.o. engages in for performing outsourced functions, including accounting, equipment hosting, and delivery. In addition, based on legal obligations, personal data will be made available to representatives of the competent legal authorities.

Our website uses standard web cookies. These are small pieces of code that your browser automatically executes, and they are necessary for properly displaying the content of the pages on all devices. Please note that although you may request deletion, we will only delete the data that we are not required to keep based on contractual and legal obligations.
To correct incorrect data on your user account, log in and make the necessary changes yourself.
Upon the data subject's request, BAR d.o.o. will export all personal data we possess in .xml format and deliver it to the data subject.
