This limited warranty does not apply if motor is used for commercial, professional (i.e. tournaments) applications or degradation due to saltwater corrosion, nor do they cover normal wear & tear, discoloration, blemishes that do not affect the operation of the motor, or damage caused by accidents, abuse, alteration, modification, misuse or improper care or maintenance. Furthermore, the following are (and not limited to) also excluded causes of warranty claim; damage caused by hitting submerged objects or beaching without retracting or removing the motor, damage caused by mooring in water an any other consequential, incidental damages or expenses, including damage to property.
